I pride myself in the level of service and integrity I offer to my clients. It is what I stand for and what defines me as a person. I am available 24/7 to my clients. Also, my service extends itself to well beyond after a home has been bought or sold. If there is anything I can help with for your next move, to fix or upgrade your home or to get you acquainted with the neighborhood and get settled in, I am there to help.
Sotheby’s has tremendous brand recognition. Sotheby’s auction house was founded in 1744 while Sotheby’s International Realty was established in 1976. Today both collaborate on exclusive marketing efforts targeting a coveted and influential audience. Vista Sotheby’s has a full-time marketing staff that will help me market your home.
Most buyers find the home they purchase online. Most real estate firms fight for exposure on the same few sites. Sotheby’s has preferred partnership status with the most significant media companies and real estate focused websites in the world. With our cutting-edge advertising technologies, strategic content integration and social traffic drivers we successfully connect sellers and buyers both locally and globally.
First impressions are everything. Listings with poor pictures affect the selling price of a home. Hence I am working with the best photographers to put your home in the best spotlight. In addition, video captures the heart of a home and creates an emotional bond with buyers. My videos provide a feel of the neighborhood through a fly over with a drone. Next a walk-through inside and outside of the home with a live camera to provide a sense of what it feels like to live in the home.
As a MBA graduate from Boston University and former global big data consultant, I am a firm believer in a data driven approach to determine the market value of a property. As all properties are not created equal, I combine extensive market data analysis with my local market knowledge to determine the correct market value. This is important for both sellers and buyers. With an inaccurate evaluation, your property might stay too long on the market, selling for less than it should have.
I have experience negotiating multi-million dollar transactions with senior executives around the globe. I also relate very easily to different cultures, customs and traditions due to my international experience. In addition, having immigrated myself from Belgium, I am very familiar with the different challenges and adjustments a move to a different country or a different part of the US brings. Many things are different from what you were used to. It can be scary; the way of living is different, the way to interact is different, work is different, schools are different, and the list goes on. I help families who are new to this area transition to their new lives, homes, neighborhoods and schools.
Christophe combines 15+ years of expertise in developing and investing in real estate with his consulting skills from his global corporate career to help his real estate clients reach their goals.
Originally from Belgium, Christophe Moerman moved to the US to obtain his MBA from Boston University. He and his family call the Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates home.
Asked why he choose Vista Sotheby’s International Realty over other real estate firms, Christophe says “We pride ourselves of our boutique level service. The difference is similar to staying at a boutique hotel that fits your personality and demands, compared to overnighting at a ‘me too’ chain hotel that just gets you through the night.”
The Palos Verdes Peninsula contains a group of affluent cities in the Palos Verdes Hills, including Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills and Rolling Hills Estates. The hill cities on the peninsula are known for dramatic ocean and city views, distinguished schools, extensive horse trails, and expensive homes.
The Palos Verdes Peninsula was inhabited by the Tongva-Gabrielino Indians for thousands of years prior to buy a dissertation here by the Sepulveda family through a Mexican land grant in 1846. Frank Vanderlip purchased 25 square miles of land on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in 1913 and initiated the development of Palos Verdes. A quarter of the land of Palos Verdes Estates was dedicated to permanent open undeveloped space, giving the subdivision its unique rural characteristic and culture of scenic beauty.
